Factual Errors

The artifact contains one or more factual errors.

A factual error is any intention or unintentional deviation from objective truth not qualified as opinion or conjecture. This includes but is not limited to mathematical falsehoods, erroneous scientific claims, historical errors, inaccurate statistics, fabricated or altered quotes, and dishonest personal statements of fact.


The Factual Errors flag should be applied to artifacts that contain factual errors of any relevance or severity.
