Deceptively Edited Video

The artifact contains video that has been deceptively edited or manipulated.

Deceptive video editing is the practice of editing a video artifact in such a way as to deceive future viewers, whether by cutting important material, adding additional material, re-ordering clips or scenes, downsampling or blurring, manipulating the audio component, etc.

The Deceptively Edited Video flag should be applied in cases where a video artifact has been deceptively edited in such a way that the edited audio and the original raw audio would convey two substantially different impressions to the average viewer.
